kwesto came out of a combination of problems that I experienced working in the Customer Success vertical:
- I was always questioned about what my team what doing and why they needed to exsist
- I didn’t always know what my team was doing in pursuit of outcomes
- I struggled to motivate my team to do the things that we knew were going to lead to outcomes
- I hated hearing vague, pie in the sky, answers to interview questions like “How did you drive outcomes?”
- I struggled to get new opportunities because I only had vague, pie in the sky, responses to “How did you drive outcomes?”
- I hated that all of the “things” I did were stuck in my employers system of record
kwesto hopes to solve all of these by combining gamification, community, reporting, and easy functionality with the goal to become the perfect career companion for Customer Success pros.
